1916 Bobbie More (72nd Bn)
Soldier in Seaforth WW I uniform. On back it is inscribed "1916 Bobbie More My old Army pal Sgd [signed] Sam Rife".
Pte Robert (Bobby) More, # 130095 arrived in France on 13 August 1916 and was killed in action on 10 August 1918 when the 72nd Battalion attacked and captured Maucourt and Chilly.
130100 Private Samuel E. Rife arrived with the 72nd Battalion to France on 13 August 1916 and was wounded at Vimy Ridge on 9 April, 1917.
