The Seaforth Highlanders of Canada before being reviewed by the Governor General Lord Bessborough before presenting medals in front of the Vancouver Court House and Vancouver Hotel, 10 April, 1935. Guard Commander Major Colin Campbell Ferrie in full scarlets shaking hands with Governor General Bessborough (in top hat). This was Lord Bessborugh's farewell visit to Canada at the end of his term. In some photos Bessborugh is incorrectly named "Lord Tweedsmuir" who was the next Governor General.
