Second World War Overcoat -- Captain John William Shier
Second World War Overcoat -- Captain John William Shier. Tailor's label right inside breast pocket reads "John C. Doig Vancouver, BC, Civil and Military Tailor. Captain J.W. Shier 3-9-42 Order No. 199. The coat is double breasted, made of khaki wool, with cloth Canada patches on the shoulders and three metal pips on each epaulette. Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps buttons.
