Cap Badge - 2nd Dragoon Guards - Queen's Bays

Cap Badge - 2nd Dragoon Guards - The Queen's Bays This badge was sold by Jim Purdy for $25.00 on e-Bay in the Spring/Summer of 2017. This badge was deemed irrelevant to the museum. The money was used to purchase relevant badges for the collection. The 2nd Dragoon Guards (Queen's Bays) was a cavalry regiment in the British Army, first raised in 1685 by King James II. It saw service for three centuries, before being amalgamated into the 1st The Queen's Dragoon Guards in 1959.
