Royal Canadian Ordnance Corps (RCOC) Lieutenant Colonel Mess Dress jacket. It has the officer's rank pips and collar badges. The tailor's label reads "Major S.E. Hunter" dated 23-4-58 made by Moss Brothers of Covent Garden [Manchester]. The set also includes the vest (2001.005.011b) and cummerbund (2001.005.011c).
