SMLE Rifle (New Zealand)
Lee-Enfield No. 1 Mk. III* Rifle, SN T7277 (original) and then reissue SN 7582 on top of breech. NZ marked (for New Zealand) so 7582 is likely NZ Serial Number.
THE 1991 FIREARMS LIST STATES THAT THERE WAS NO ACCESSION NUMBER ATTACHED TO THIS RIFLE AND THAT PARTS WERE REMOVED FOR SECURITY.
