Three inch mortar bomb marked with yellow stripe and "12960" atop. This is possibly a police file / case number. It is also marked empty (it is). There is a shipping plug that can be unscrewed. There is a spring clip on the tail holding six booster charges. The mortar bomb possibly dates from July 1937. It was found in the museum office.
