Rivers, association member. Front Row: Eric Smith holding Machine Pistol; H. Bullock; German Prisoner; Kenny Thompson sighting in M.G. 42; M. Bulger. Members who have died since the war are: L/Sgt Stephenson; Cpl F. Webster MM; RSM H. Bullock. The German POW worked out of Black's Logging Agency in Vancouver prior to the War. He went home to Germany on a holiday and wound up in the German Army. Rather ironic he should be taken prisoner by a Vancouver Regt. The Swastika flag in the foreground was signed by all the members of the picture and given to Major General McNaughton by Major "Budge" Bell-Irving when the Coy. Was in rest at "Happy Valley".
