This postcard is in a blue binder labelled "2008.5 Re: Pte. Arthur Welch 231 & 72 Bns CEF" and "A0505.7 - 48".
The Leas bandstand was built in 1885. When Folkestone was one of the top seaside resorts, people of fashion would stay at the resort and parade in the morning so as to see and be seen.
