Seaforth Cadet Battledress Open Collar Tunic. "Seaforth / Canada" shoulder patches with an RCAC (Royal Canadian Army Cadets) maple leaf patch on both sleeves. The bottom is fastened with a buckle. It is manufactured by Miller and Gabbe.
