Seaforth Tartan Ascot
Seaforth Tartan Ascot without a fastener.
Ascot - MacKenzie tartan, Seaforth Highlanders of Canada. These neck scarves were only purchased from RSM Plant in 1974 for $1 each. They were made by his daughter. The wearing of the ascot was made compulsory by Lieutenant Colonel Al Baylis. It was not issued but required by order and survived until mid-1980's.
