View of H.R.H. Princess Elizabeth and H.R.H. Philip Duke of Edinburgh entering Vancouver City Hall for their awaiting convertible car on 20 October, 1951. A Seaforth Honour Guard at at attention with arms is formed up on the street [Ontario Street] in front of the building. They are wearing kilts, balmorals and battledress tunics. They are carrying Lee-Enfield rifles. There is another unit in the Guard wearing berets and battledress. There are Mounties in the foreground. There are two banners on the wall of City Hall with "E" and "P" on them.
