BC Garrison March, before or at the start of WW I. This photo is associated to a Seaforth one which states the date as 1914. These are possibly the troops marching to the train station en route to Valcartier, Quebec. The official SFU caption is (incorrectly): "Rows of men in the Seaforth Highlanders holding rifles over their shoulders while walking down a street in an unknown location"
