Certificate of Service for K16438 Private Cecil Oliver Leslie, (RCA) killed in action at Ortona on 29 January 1944. Private Leslie joined the Seaforths on 27 December 1943 at Ortona. He enlisted at Victoria on 3 February, 1943. For some reason, the certificate staes "R.C.A." - Royal Canadian Artillery but the regimental history and the Commonwealth War Graves Commission says that he was a Seaforth.
