Letter from Lt Col J.A. Clark to the Officer Commanding Militia District # 11, Victoria, BC with an offer to send the 72nd (Overseas) Battalion, CEF as a complete unit.
The letter mentions that the 72nd Highlanders is a great unit and would be more effective if drafts from this Regiment went to the 72nd Battalion, CEF. He mentioned the amount of lawyers in the unit as well as Major F. Leach and Major Elliott.
