Flyer - 85 Points (for discharge), 1945. "Say Chum, how many points have you?" On bottom: "2201-1-45" The flyer/chart outlines a fictional story of a soldier who enlisted in 1941 and is hopefully discharged in 1946. It shows how points were awarded for being wounded, active service etc. The document states on front: "85 POINTS: And when his scope he had attained And only the voyage home remained, The poor old "Canuck" deeply sighed, Turned on his side - - - and died. And his poor old pals who after him came Wept, for they knew their fate was the same, Their tears wet their beards so hoary and thick, For hope deferred had made their hearts sick. 1 page
