16e BATAILLON CEF, LE CANADIEN ÉCOSSAIS
French Army Kilties, 1915
French Army Kilties, 1915. It appears that the men of the 16th Battalion have given up their kilts to two French soldiers (Poilus). The Canadian soldiers have their shirts and tunics covering their groins.
This photo is from the album of Marshall Beck.
