Title: Second World War Battle Dress Tunic Provenance: Major General Bertram Meryl Hoffmeister Badges: None Material: Primary: Wool Secondary: Cotton Size: Chest: 42" Markings: None. Maker: None Damage: Labels removed, some small moth holes, marks from where gorgets and rank were removed. Additional notes: This tunic was brought into the museum by Honorary Colonel Rod Hoffmeister, Bert's son, in 2019. He told us that his father used to wear this tunic while gardening at home in West Vancouver. This is a US made, war-aide battle dress tunic.
