NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2018 Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held On 30 May, 8:00pm, 2018.
The Anderson Room of the Seaforth Armoury | 1650 Burrard St., Vancouver B.C.
For the following purposes:
1) To receive and consider the Presidents Report on the Affairs of the Society, and the Financial Statements of the Society for the Financial Year ended June 30, 2017 and the April 2018 Year to Date.
2) To elect Directors for the 2018 - 2019 Year
